Terms and Conditions of 39hh – Full Platform Rules

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the expressions below have the following meanings, regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural:

• "39hh" or "Platform" — refers to the website https://39hh.best, its systems, applications, and related Sports Betting and online casino services.
• "User" or "you" — any individual who accesses, browses, or creates an account on 39hh, residing in Brazil and at least 18 years of age.
• "Account" — the individual profile created by the user at 39hh to access Sports Betting and casino services.
• "Balance" — the amount in BRL (R$) available in the user's account for betting or withdrawal, made up of completed deposits and confirmed winnings.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credit subject to rollover conditions or time limits, not available for direct withdrawal until applicable requirements are met.
• "Rollover" — the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "Bet" — any instruction confirmed by the user on the 39hh platform to participate in a sporting event or casino game for a defined amount.
• "Event" — a sporting match, tournament, casino game, or any other entertainment content available for betting on 39hh.

To create an account and use 39hh's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF active with the Receita Federal.
• Not be subject to any legal, judicial, or administrative restriction that would prevent participation in entertainment and betting activities.
• Not be an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of an employee of 39hh or any partner company involved in the operation of the platform.
• Not hold an active account or one previously closed for terms violations on 39hh under a different identity.

Registration is free and requires accurate information, including full name, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Brazilian mobile number. 39hh reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

39hh may refuse or cancel any registration at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, provision of false information, or prior violation of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 39hh login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor verification codes. All activity carried out on your account is considered your responsibility, unless unauthorized access is proven and duly reported to support.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or that your password has been compromised, contact 39hh support immediately via live chat or at suporte@39hh.best. 39hh is not liable for losses resulting from the user sharing their own login credentials.

• Use strong, unique passwords for your 39hh account.
• Never share your password with anyone under any circumstances.
• Enable two-factor verification whenever it is available.
• Keep your account details up to date at all times — especially your email address and phone number.
• Log out of your account when using shared devices.

Your 39hh account is personal and non-transferable. Assigning, selling, or transferring your account to any third party is strictly prohibited. Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be closed after notification to the registered email address, with any available balance returned via Pix.

39hh accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods for users in Brazil:

• Pix — deposits confirmed in seconds; withdrawals processed in up to 5 minutes, available 24 hours a day including weekends and holidays.
• Boleto bancário — deposits credited within up to 1 business day after payment.
• Credit and debit card — Visa and Mastercard; deposits confirmed immediately.
• PicPay — deposits processed within up to 30 minutes.
• Mercado Pago — deposits processed within up to 30 minutes.
• TED Transfer — for accounts at major Brazilian banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil; withdrawals within 1 business day.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. The maximum deposit amount per transaction may vary depending on the payment method used and the account profile. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00 via Pix.

Bonus balance is not eligible for direct withdrawal. Only the main balance — made up of deposits and winnings from bets placed with the main balance — can be withdrawn. Bonus balance converts to main balance once the rollover requirements for the applicable promotion have been met.

39hh does not charge withdrawal fees for most methods. In exceptional cases where the financial institution applies intermediary fees, the amount will be disclosed before the transaction is confirmed.

By placing a bet at 39hh, you confirm that you have read and understood the conditions of the chosen market and accept the outcome determined by the platform. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed by the user, except where 39hh makes a cash-out feature available before the event concludes.

39hh reserves the right to:

• Suspend, cancel, or void bets on events whose outcome is affected by proven sporting irregularities or a technical error on the platform.
• Limit the maximum bet amount per event, market, or user without prior notice, particularly in cases of odds significantly outside market range.
• Correct obvious odds errors — defined as values clearly inconsistent with the market — and recalculate or cancel bets placed based on those values.
• Withhold payment of winnings while investigating suspected irregularities, fraud, or conduct prohibited under these Terms.

Live betting odds may be delayed due to technical broadcast conditions. 39hh is not liable for bets placed based on outdated information resulting from such conditions.

The minimum bet amount at 39hh is R$ 1.00 for most markets. Maximum amounts vary by sport, event, and specific market.

39hh offers bonuses and periodic promotions subject to specific conditions published on each offer's page. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are:

• Each bonus may be used once per user only, unless the promotion description explicitly states otherwise.
• The bonus balance must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion's rollover requirement before any conversion to the main balance.
• Bets placed with bonus balance that are voided by 39hh do not count toward rollover completion.
• Bets with odds below 1.40 do not count toward the rollover requirement of any 39hh promotion, unless otherwise stated.

39hh cooperates with competent authorities in investigations of suspicious activity and may share account information as required by law or court order, in accordance with applicable Brazilian legislation.

You may request voluntary closure of your 39hh account at any time via live chat or by emailing suporte@39hh.best. Any available main balance will be returned via Pix to your registered key, following identity verification and confirmation that no bets are pending settlement.

39hh may unilaterally close or suspend accounts in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or unlawful conduct.
• Prolonged account inactivity, as defined in Section 3.
• Order from a competent authority.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, 39hh may retain the account balance as compensation for damages caused, following notification to the user and subject to a 15-calendar-day contestation period.

39hh processes users' personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). The legal bases for data processing include contract performance (provision of platform services), legal obligations, and 39hh's legitimate interest in fraud prevention and platform security.

Personal data collected by 39hh includes: full name, CPF, date of birth, address, email, mobile number, payment details, and transaction history. This data is used exclusively for:

• Identity verification and eligibility check for platform use.
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals.
• Fraud prevention and anti-money laundering.
• Account and betting-related communications.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

39hh provides the platform and its services on an as-is basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance whenever possible.

• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, including internet providers and payment systems.
• Unauthorized account access resulting from a security flaw on the user's device or the user's own negligence.

• Indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequential damages of any kind.

39hh's total liability to any user, under any circumstance, is limited to the balance available in that user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

39hh reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the registered address and via a visible notification on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw your available balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Brazilian law. Any dispute arising from the use of the 39hh platform must first be submitted to the internal resolution process available through customer support.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, the parties elect the courts of the district of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, Brazil, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged, to settle any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions.

Any provision of these Terms that is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
